Good Morning everyone,
After hearing about a couple of hairy experiences with OR interviews recently I would appreciate it if you would take a look at the SOA that I have submitted and will be holding out for in my OR interview on Monday 16th at 10am ...... ugh!

I have submitted £15 for prescriptions. Following a spine operation I have to take anti inflammitories and I also have a skin cream and anti-biotics on repeat prescription. Some months I get all 3, others none.
I have based this on my basic wage and 30 hours a month overtime. A flat months take home pay is £953 - far less than my outgoings.
Does anyone see any glaring mistakes or anything that needs a tweak?

Phil's right, I would have put groceries at £200. I probably would have put clothing at £40/50. What type of job do you do? Holidays I would have put at £30/40.
I would say that you have under estimated groceries to the OR.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
also look at putting the SOA at ur basic wage - unless the overtime is guarenteed. xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

Thankyou so much for your reply mum2one, this has been a bit of a dilemma.
The problem is .... whilst it is not guaranteed, we are "expected" to work extra when asked. I would be fibbing if I said I had ever just got a basic wage.. in 3 and a half years. Before December I was working about 100 hours extra a month. Since then the company has cut back and so have I, it was killing me!
I have settled for 30 because it is do-able, likely, and doesn't take too much effort. IF there are any extra we have mutully agreed that it will be taken as time in lieu.

putting in an ammount for dry cleaning (lillybart 2008) might be worth a shot as well? just a thought

Hmm! as it is not customer facing you probably can't get away with raising it at this stage as you don't specifically need things like smart suits.
But dry cleaning at £10 might be worth a shot as Phil suggests.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

Would you advise making all the changes suggested here and wiping out all the excess, taking it right up to my income level.....
i.e groceries, dry cleaning, holidays ?
Crikey, I do go on.... just want to give it my best shot......
