First Direct---Time scales

First Direct have Approved my application and took out the money for the basic survey yesterday.How long did you have to wait after the survey stage

nyck - best thing to do is call them. their lead teams vary depending on how competitive their products happen to be and how quickly the survey is done etc. I believe i was quoted from start to finish it should be about 12weeks. This was in early January though.

Our survey was done on the 26 Jan and the mortgage started on the 2nd Feb. (it took about a week after I requested the survey for them to come out though)

On average how long it is taking with them from start to finnish? Their tracker rates are market leading at the moment.

Took 7 weeks from initial application to completion for me.
