  • afternoon all!

Been catching up and pottering around sorting dinner for later.

Luc - I had a go at comping last year. I downloaded a 1 month trial software which once you have filled in your details you can just click and it instantly fills your name/address etc in. I used the competitions finishing today thread on the comping board and used to spend around an hour or so each day. I entered around 100 comps a day. I didn't bother with children's toys/games/clothing or DVD's. I did 1200 one Saturday as it was the end of the month and there was a HUGE number ending!

My total win? 2 tickets to a tribute concert locally and a signed book by Janet Street Porter. I estimated I entered around 4000 comps to get that yield. A comps email address only is essential as you will be swamped by junk mail.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
