    got a letter from them today. The Change 4 life movement is only availible to residents in England. Don't apply if you live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland as you will just get a letter telling you that you don't qualify.

    mine arrived this morning , 4 sheets of stickers 1 chart,1 pk cards and a booklet with recipes and ideas oin keeping fit

    Ours arrived yesterday!!!! Really good little pack with loads of stickers and a chart for keeping track of when they are eating their 5 a day and exercising!! My girls have been upstairs doing the exercises for an hour on the back of the cards and running around the block!! Wont be too long though before they are back in front of the TV watching NickJr!!!
