I wanna Madden 09 for XBOX 360 at a good price!

I've been a fan of Madden since the mega drive days (Madden/EA Hockey double header anyone?) and my interest in American Football was revived by my friend (who used to play semi professionally) and the superbowl.
The last one I played was 07 (Which was a bit disappointing) but I'm assured 09 is good, once you get your head around it!
Anyway, I'd like to get it for the 360. I can't find it for much cheaper than £30 plus and I'm on a tight budget just now, so can't quite justify it.
Should I buy 08 and be behind the times, or is there a cheaper price? I've tried Amazon, Play and The Hut.
