So what did they remove and why?

How much can they filter these days? We have a right to know the truth, even if it causes mass panic and looting. We may come to that anyway by the sound of it.

Sorry but if it was filltered they would filter the URL as well?

How do we not know they just changed the heading as it was a guess or just plain wrong.

I dont think the UK would filter EU news and for sure another country would print it anyway.

Depends on the source of the leaked document and how damaging the data is....

those figures if officially sourced could trash the forex market.

I wouldn't mind betting in light of the financial crisis, there is some form of gentlemens' agreement between the press and the treasury/boe.... except this time the Telegraph want to be a little cheeky and know exactly what they are doing by leaving the URL in there... as others on the net have commented, once it has been Digged, the URL isnt going to dissapear anyway. I dont think this is particularly conspiratorial; I just think that something that could cause a little bit more than carnage was accidentally leaked and an overenthusiastic journalist pressed publish too quickly.
