Can New Look order things in from other branches?

Just wondering if anyone knows whether New Look will order an item in from another store for you? None of the ones local to me have it, nor does the website, but someone has told me that the item is in their local branch (which is milessss away from me!) and I NEED IT.

I know some shops like Dorothy Perkins will do this for you but will New Look? (will ask tomorrow if noone here knows )

Any help is much appreciated x

Best bet is to go into the store and ask them as I would bet it'd be at the discretion of the helpful/unhelpful person serving - and how busy they were

If New Look can't do this, Can whoever told you that the item was in their local branch pick it up for you? Then post it to you and you pay them for it?

Didn't make it into town today to ask... God damn snow. Got a reply from their online customer service and they said they don't, but I think they might have misunderstood my question.

The person who told me it's in their store is just a random person online. I doubt they would get it for me, but it might be worth asking. Hmmm.
