    Might try it and if it's rubbish I can always use it for washing the floors.

    If it's not cleaning too well try using a bit more, up to the maximum amount on the back of the pack for very dirty clothes. Don't use more than than this amount for your local water hardness though otherwise you could get too much foam in your machine.

    I might give it a go....I've just started the last of the 6x £1.50 50 wash packs of Persil that I got this time last year on offer. Gawd that was a good deal!

    I normally use it on a 30 wash but only half the amount . As i found it was leaving white marks as though it was not dissolving. Haven't been able to get it for the last few weeks - don't have very dirty washing and anything badly stained gets a soak in oxy bleach -even managed to get curry out of grandaughters new dress using that method. As for the washing up liquid again no problems - could be down to differing hardeness of water found that years ago when i was on mains and Mumm was on her own well my washing powder was useless if used at her place .
