i love this recipe. I bing mine for about 2mins so its still a bit gooey. Yum!!

I just tried this, whisked the egg, milk and oil before adding to the dry ingrediants and made it in a pyrex jug. Lovely... scoffed in minutes by the kids.

Oooh thanks for this - I can try it for my daughter who is allergic to eggs and dairy :T

Great recipe! My mum used to make a gorgeous treacle sponge in the microwave when my sister and I were little. It was such a yummy treat with hot custard.
