It says they will apply to the court for judgment. Then goes on about if i live in scotland then they will ask for an attachment of earnings etc!?
I write to all my creditors last month explaining my situation and that i intend to declare myself BR and made an offer of £5pm. But to date none have responded.0 -
If you are going to go BR within tyhe next few months, then it's not worth stressing.
