Swag Jewellers, with branches in Bluewater, Staines, Kingston, Croydon, Bromley and Watford are having a 'silly sale'. Some items have been reduced by 75%. I bought a beautiful pair of Mont Blanc star earrings reduced from £245 to £73.50. There was an awful lot of stuff reduced in Watford - diamond rings, diamond pendants, some watches and lots of other stuff. There is also a sale on the website.

A word of advice - there are no returns on sale stuff, unless the goods prove to be faulty. Saying that, I bought a Raymond Weil watch last year, very reduced, and when the strap broke, they replaced it without any hassle.

Hope this helps anyone out there looking for last minute Valentine pressies.

There is considerably more in store, certainly Watford, than on the website. I took DD in after school, as I was in a very generous mood, and she found a beautiful Italian pendant reduced by 70%. In fact, whilst we were browsing the stock in the window, more was being put out. The diamond initial pendants are so pretty, but I can't find an 'N' in any of the stores.

I have treated myself to a lovely double diamond bar white gold necklace £61.50 knocked down from £205:D

Also got a couple of yellow gold teardrop diamond necklaces £58.50 knocked down from £195 for mother of the bride and stepmother of the bride gifts - we are getting married abroad so thought it would be better than the traditional flower or bulky keepsake gift and something for them to treasure

some nice necklaces in sale that would suit for bridesmaids gifts too

Wow some nice deals on here. Can't justify a splurge myself but any fellas out there looking for nice rings may be worth a look.

DS ordered an 'S' for his gf, which has just arrived. It really is very pretty, and for £50, it can't be bad. I can't speak for the quality of the diamonds, obviously, but the original price was over £200.

There was still quite a bit of stuff in Watford at 70% off yesterday, and also 50%.

I ordered a pair of earrings and have also had a cancellation email. Thing is I ordered them on Thursday evening and they are telling me that they have "just sold out" of them. To say I am not happy is putting it mildly as they took the money on Thursday and will now have to refund my card.

Their argument is that their internet site is not linked to their stock system so they have to get them from the store - poor stock system and customer service if you ask me - not impressed :mad:

Unfortunately I dont live close to one of their stores so popping in isnt an option.
