in England
My boyfriend has recently taken up breadmaking and, as it's Valentines Day, I'd like to get him some 'flours' (instead of 'flowers').
Can anyone please tell me where I can buy a selection of bread flours in London???

For REALLY fancy and expensive ones, then I'd try somewhere like Whole Foods (Kensington) or if you live near a Fresh and Wild you might find some interesting ones there too. Also, try somewhere like a big Waitrose, they often have a surprisingly wide range.0

What a great idea! Did you try Borough Market too? It's a gastro delight!0
