Hunters wellies in TK Maxx

Hi

Went to TK Maxx for a Stella Mcartney ltd edition Madonna Tshirt yesterday (sizes are soooooooooo small - an XL is barely a 14)

And found Hunters Festival Wellies at £24.99

The had the lace up and non lace up types in red and black or blue and yellow in most sizes

SA said they had just arrived that morning and were selling like the proverbial hotcakes - also that they would be in most stores - I went to Monks Cross at York and there were about 20 pairs left...

newport tkmaxx have had hunter wellies every time i've been in lately, but they are only in lime green and very marked/scuffed.

I got my Hunter Festivals from here http://www.easy-footwear.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=38 for £35 with free delivery, came in a big hunters box with hunter wrapping paper inside. Would reccomend!

I opted for the blue.

OP, are you sure your not going for the kids versions? they have childrens and adult sizes.

dont mean to put a downer on your bargains but hunter wellies are very slippy. I wear wellies for work & tried hunters once & when a bit of the tread has worn off they became lethal & I was forever slipping over.

There are in some stores- but they do tend to go fast I think! I already have wellies (Celia Birtwell at Millets) so cannot justify another paid when I am struggling to afford to eat!! But TK Maxx in Charlton, Lewisham and Hammersmith (all London based) had the festival types in Blue, Black and red, not many left when I went back the second time- just 1 pair left in Charlton on wednesday, yet loads the weekend before!

BTW, those are the only TK Maxx stores I have been in full stop in the past month, they may well be in other stores.
