Norwich and Peterborough would have done it in the past, but I am not sure if they will now.
Natwest have a specialist department that deal in Equestrian/ Rural properties. It might be something they would look atI am a Mortgage adviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. A family member has just done exactly the same. Their broker found Skipton were pretty much the only one covering new builds with agricultural restrictions0

Have done one with barclays/woolwich, they are treated on an individual case by case basis and are sent to a senior underwriter as the terms are different for each case. Lenders are tighter now than they have been for years so good LTV required ie 50% or less and you have a better chance. I seem to remenber there were a number of lenders that would consider but again ita on individual case basis0
