    Yourself, SS and a few others were part of my DFW journey as you guys were around when I was sat up all night sometimes in complete worry and lostness. Just want to say THANK YOU for generally being there for everyone, keeping chipper, finding Kipper :hello: (aww I love a love story :happyhear) and becoming DEBT FREE.

    Now where are you going to hang out, I'm over the oldstyle board these days, I keep intending to get over and[STRIKE] become obsessed with [/STRIKE] just have a look at the Comps board.:D


    Hold on to that feeling of being debt free, it's a good feeling.
