i hope so as well verbatim
I really like where i am at the moment and it really is a shame that ive got to move
went to have a look at a 2 bedroom flat over the weekend (part ownership) but doing all the workings out including everything (food/Council tax/etc) comes to £1296 which leaves me £124 left out of me wages so thats a no no and its a little too close to the edge for my liking and besides given mortgages at the moment you need a minimum of 10% deposit. Ive got a few other options open to me at the moment so im going to see what happens, for the moment ive just got to try and keep my chin up

If you want my advice mate, don't buy!
Prices are dropping and while I don't expect there to be a 'crash' it's not unfeasible that prices could be as much as 20% cheaper in a year or two. So in that time even with renting and all the 'dead money' you would still be financially better off waiting.

Option 49872 here reporting for duty
I've saved you drawer space just incase:rotfl:
Are you two moving in together?
Mate, just think, all those new sign ups, dinner on table when you get in, all your washing and ironing done, naughties on demand. :T
And kip, just think, emptying his MB accounts when he's not around, him cooking dinner when you say, all your washing and ironing done, naughties on demand. :T

Yeah i know, to be honestit was really just an exercise as such to see 1. what the space was like and two what my money could possibly get meideal time for me to buy would be around the middle of next year or towards the end of next year as prices (in my opinion) will drop a fair bit. In answer to your question as to how much im looking to spend on rent............as little as possible
