Waiting for DMP to be set up/creditor letter

Hi, my DH & I are waiting for CCCS to set up our DMP (the company he worked for went into administration & he was without a job, he's now back in work but with a massive paycut - we can't manage our non secured payments with this salary). There's a delay because we're waiting for a payslip from his new job to come through (probation period makes it complicated).
In the means time we contacted our creditors at the beginning of the month with letters explaining DH was unemployed, we were taking CCCS advice (put in ref. number) & a token payment (we haven't missed payments on anything before). There will be another set of payments due in March & we were intending to do the same - hoping the DMP would be up & running for April.
I had a letter from my biggest creditor (NatWest cc) yesterday 'thank you, blah blah .... can you please fill in & return this statement of affairs .... we are not currently defaulting you though we may take legal action in the future.'
My instinct is to not fill in their SAO but return the letter we had planned with the March payment & our DMP reference number saying that CCCS were setting up the DMP & when that was done they'd be given the information they'd require. Is that okay?
We're trying to contact CCCS to see what they think but it is hard to get through. I feel very wary about giving our creditors any information that might be incorrect/need to be amended at this point. TBH I'd have no idea how to fill in a SOA for just me - my income is only child benefit.
Thanks!

Hi
I would continue to send the token payment and letter. I would NOT send the SOA, CCCS will send them an overview of your income and expenditure. I'm sure your DMP will be up and running soon.
Good luck.DFW Nerd no: 149

Agree, I've never sent an SOA to a Creditor myself. CCCS have always sent the SOA for me.
I dont see what harm it would do sending them a copy of your SOA that you created with CCCS's Debt Remedy though if you wanted to, but there's not much point, CCCS will send it to them soon enough.0 -
We've been asked for these too & will be replying with 10past6's letter & our next token payment.0
