Delivery Time And Cost Have Increased---Am I Effected?

14 days ago I bought a built in cooker online.

It's price was reduced, delivery was within 21 days, it was only available for home delivery and stock was available in my area.

I've checked today and the price has gone up £70, delivery is now 28 days and it still shows as stock available in my area.

I paid in full when I ordered, but I've not had a cc statement yet to confirm it was charged, but I've no reason to think it hasn't been.

Will I still get it for the original price and will the 28 days increase the time I have to wait, or will mine still be the original 21 days?.

    Did you get an email confirmation when you ordered? As long as it went through successfully (in which case you should've received an email) then it will have been charged at the original price - since you pay whatever it costs at the time. I assume it would be the same with delivery information...but again check your email! If you didn't get any kind of confirmation or acknowledgment of your order then it might mean something went wrong - I'd contact Argos Direct to check it was processed!

    Thanks for quick response.

    I forgot all about the email that I'd saved.I've checked it and it says that my card has been charged with the original price and I'll be contacted by Monday 16th to arrange delivery.

    Hopefull that the new 28 days delivery will not delay my order.Fingers crossed.
