I wanna Humax Freesat HD recorder

Hi there, my Father wishes to have Freesat HD installed, he is in Cheshire.
Does anyone know the cheapest way to get this done for him?

The cheapest way is to use a existing sky dish and change the single LNB to a dual LNB or Quad LNB for around a tenner, you will also need extra cable although you can use the Humax as a single tuner

A new dish and quad LNB is around £40 (ebay) plus installation. Installation can be done by a local firm probably around £50 if you have the gear

Argos and John lewis can do this at more cost around £100+

You also need to pay form the box at around £280 which are hard to source

Yes no dish, its a great piece of kit, twin tuners, watch HD, remote does 3 other av equipment etc

I used my existing dish single lnb and replaced it with a quad for £10, then got a local firm to fit it, it took 20 minutes in all, oh and had to replace cable for twin cable
