Payslips, bank statements, etc??

Please can anyone tell me when do I need to present my payslips, bank statements and other proofs to the OR or the court? Is it with my forms and SOA, etc? How many months payslips and bank statements that I need to provide?

I get paid basic salary, mileage and essential car user allowance so my salary varies depending on how many miles I do that particular month - so when I enter my income in SOA, what should I do? Just take the basic plus essential car allowance or just take the figure from the latest payslips?

Please help.

To the OR but dont worry they will ask for them to be sent to them after you have been to court and made BR.

I would just put down the basic plus the car allowance and explain it to the OR in your interview.
