loft insulation / wall cavity for over 60

Need to get house Loft insulated and wall cavity for father in law he is over 60 will it be done for him for free hes still working and only gets the normal state pension no other beniifts any service avaible for help will it be free or will he have to pay please any recomendations anfd help will be very gratefull thanks in advance

If he is working as well as receiving his pension he may not be eligible for free insulation but may be eligible for a grant for part of the cost. Sometimes you need to be in receipt of certain benefits to open the door to other things.
Have a look at this about government grants and click on the blue box for insulation grants.0 -
THANKS Toms mum So no where free im a bit disapointment okay maybe getting a gant might have to be the way to get it done but if anyone does know any companies willing to do it free that would be great i have already contacted warm front power gen age concern all you have to pay for anyone got the best rate if i do have to end up paying0
