Kid Active Pink Junior Trampoline

Hi guys, was wondering if anyone has come across this before. Looking for a little pink trampoline so found one item no 367/1704 was £24.49 now £15.99, great i thought i will reserve one, yep none anywhere. Exactly the same trampoline item no 367/2789 which is £29.59 is magically available. But it is the same bloody item. Is there anyway around this???? Dont want to be paying £30. Any tips??

That's really naughty, they are identical, strangely 1 has 21 reviews and another 27.
Might be worth ringing customer service re this, hopefully someone more knowledgable will be along but I cant see how they are allowed to advertise 1 product at 2 prices with the higher price being the 1 that's in stock.

I have had a similar situation with an In the night garden toy, they told me it was running under a new catalogue number so there was nothing they could do even trying to convince me the item wasnt identical! 20 mins of talking to the manager and a call to HO I did finally get one at the lower price, it is much dependent on the Manager who deals with your query. Worth a try :money:

thanks guys, it is now my mission to get this. Why even keer the lower price one on the website, just to frustrate people!! Will let you know

i have done exactly the same as you lynsiloo! i have even been into argos today with £15.99 print out in hand to show the staff... i tried to explain that it is the same bloody trampoline but got no joy! i even emailed customer services who said it was an error and there were none available to buy anywhere at that price, but thats rubbish cos there is one available to reserve in bishop auckland! i had to pay full price which i am really pe'ed off at cos as you say its the same trampoline! let me know if you have any joy.. i wont give up! its disgraceful that they can get away with this!
