Hi, is that the starting salary for the job advertised? It'll depend on which position/department someone is working in, to what bonuses they get.

My OH works at sky and usually gets a bonus every quarter, but it could be an individual bonus or a team effort, so varies. Other benefits are a points scheme, where staff can earns points through various means, which can be exchanged for vouchers or other items/products - he bagged £400 worth last year, which sorted xmas out. Also staff get free sky+ with full Sky world package, free sporting events & free broadband. Imo I'd say they're quite generous to their staff. ;)

The job is for the installation engineer the reason for the question is they have offered me a job and just wanted to get an idea of bonuses and benefits and how they treat the staff in general, because i have a very secure job at the mo and taking this would be a slight pay cut just wanting to weigh things up. but im really bored of being stuck in an office 10hrs a day.

OH doesn't know what bonuses/benefits an engineer will get, except for the free sky & company vehicle. He's assuming the salary you quoted is a starting salary, so that will possibly increase at some point. He gets a salary review every 6 months, which increases based on performance. Sorry not much help, but someone might be along soon who might know.
