sarahg1969 wrote:The 25% discount DOES work on the reduced Mini Mode clothing. BUT, the 25% is taken off BEFORE the price reduction, so that makes the clothing even cheaper!!
I bought a suit that was £12 reduced by 50%. The till took off £3 for the £25% discount and then the £6 discount, so it cost me £3 instead of £4.50.

Hi cheekyweegit - once again thank you for the detailed reply. Really do find this very interesting.
To hark back to my original question, and given the quote above, in a FOC transaction where you make no payment, when is that contract made. (Or is there no legally binding contract in a FOC transaction, as there is no payment involved?)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Took back my No7 lip glosses that were 'off' SA agreed they looked/smelled dodgy so took them back no problem... phew! Just exchanged for another No7 product.
Got myself in a twist with the mens £4 off offer.. spent more than I had to, to qualify for the money off.. doh!SA wouldn't scan more than 1 Lynx voucher, refused to even try. Not to worry, son was a happy bunny with his Boots goodie bag!
I even ''bought'' some EI handwash!!! was reduced tho at least..
**No chocs left in small Boots now freebie..0 -
