BR - Court Possesion - but not contesting

Hello Everyone,
Got paperwork from the court today as the mortgage lender is now going to court to take possesion of the house, went BR in novemebr house was vacant the day after and lender was informed along with kes being returned.
So now they are going to court to get possesion despite us giving voluntary re-possesion straight after teh bankruptcy, so here are my queries.
As I am happy for them to take possession I presume I do not have to fill the the court"defence forms"
Do I need to attend the hearing/Should I??
Should I send a letter to the court explaining about the BR and the fact that we havecontacted the lender to give VR?
The letter mentions not only arrears on mortage (3months) but £400 court costs etc - am I right in assuming that we will not have to pay any of these charges?
To be honest we just want this to all be over....

You do not need to do anything, but a quick letter to the court would not hurt, just so the know you do not object, and you tried to avoid the matter going to court.
all the shortfall, including costs will go into your BR anywayThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….

Be sure you don't sign anything from the mortgage company.
