Anybody got any Birthday Ideas?

Hello fellow MSErs .
Have any of you lovely people got any idead I can pilfer for my sons upcoming 16th birthday.
I have tried the only-yesterday site but it appears to have gone off-line.
That is the sort of thing I would like but dont have a clue where to start

This will be better posted on the Special Occasions board. They have lots of ideas over there for presents and activities for kids of all ages from 0 to 100.

You might get a better response if you make it clear what you are after, (that sounded blunt and it wasnt ment to sorry) do you want pressie ideas or birthday party ideas? You could also say what your son is into, i have a son coming up to 16 and he is into gaming and plays the bass guitar, but the thought of him having a party would probably revolt him :eek: being nearly 16 and all :rotfl: .

It might also help to say what part of the country you are because me being a Yorkshire lass we dont have many activities around where we live and we would have to travel if he wanted to do paintballing for eg. There are lots of companies out there doing this sort of adventure thing if he is into that.

some ideas:

Go karting
Paintballing
Quad biking
That thing where you feel like your flying (sorry cant remember what its called)
Bowling
Pictures
