My OH was discharged on the 13th Aug 08 and me on the 7th Nov automatic discharge ( i got missed off when the OH got early discharge ) but today we have recieved letters saying that the Trustee is applying to the Secretary of State of Trade and Industry asking to be released due to insufficient Assetts.
Does anyone have a clue as to wot this means as there is a bill of £1800 attatched as thier expences etc.
Will i have to pay this?
Any help greatfully recieved

It means that your case is pretty much done and dusted.

The "bill" is just a summary of the basic costs that the OR has incurred for the admin of your case versus and funds that they have recovered from your estate. You don't have to pay it.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
