Be careful with this one.
I bought what I thought was two rolls of Bounty, only to find the till receipt show 'Plenty Kitchen Towel' @ £1.64 per roll.
The stuff I think you're referring to is the roll with a flowery design called 'Plenty' with 'Fun in the Sun Prints'. That is priced at 87p.
The plain rolls are not on offer, so beware.
My apologies to those MSE'ers who will construe this information as being helpful. I can't help myself sometimes.0 -
Just to let you know Bounty has now been rebranded to Plenty. Also my local Sainsburys had both white and flowery on offer. But I know that Sainsburys change their offers on a Wednesday.0

As someone said, Bounty will now be known as Plenty. I ordered a few packs online (where it states the items will now be called Plenty and the picture showed paper towels called Plenty), but when they arrived the packs actually said Bounty -- but were charged at the half-off price as expected. Which means you may still find some packs with old packaging that should be part of the offer. If in doubt, pay careful attention to what the sale sign reads so you can quote it to the SA if the item rings up at full price.0

That's exactly what I was thinking.....its the same with everything, opal fruits, jif etc...its very annoying!0 -
I believe (may be wrong), it's to do with the pronunciation of the word in other countries. J is pronounced differently in Spain, hence the change to Cif.0

I buy 2 rolls of plain Bounty or Plenty packs for 89p at Savers every week. They also have 6 for the price of 4 on Double Velvet toilet roll every week for £1.89 a pack.0

its not made by the same company anymore they licenced it and it looks like the co that makes it is trying to stamp its own name on it. apparently bounty is huge in America so the new co might be trying to distance its self from itshoppaholic_returns wrote: »Why do they HAVE to change EVERYTHING!!
