Banks behaving properly !

For your comments.
May I suggest a way of getting banks to improve there behaviour.
When you or a business has money in a bank, you think it’s your money and you have control of it. Banks seem to have a different view, if they decide you owe them money, it seems without a seconds thought they take it out of your account, this can be without warning.
Now most of the time they are right but all too often they are wrong, with disasters results, especially for business, where cheques a not paid etc. They have there reputation damaged or go out of business. The banks are so confident they are right (credit crunch) that it can take a tremendous amount of time and effort to get things put right. As seen on a number of TV programs,
Now I am proposing the banks deal with you exactly the same as any other business. When a business supplies you with goods or services they send you a bill, looking at the bill you pay or if you have a query not.
I don’t think it is too much to ask banks to behave the same as every other business.
No doubt we will have to drag the banks screaming and kicking to except this idea, but it should be thought about.
If some one came into your house and took something away without prier agreement they would be charged with theft, if someone goes into your bank account and takes money out without prier agreement that is theft, e.g. banks.

If you think this is a reasonable idea how do we promote it ?.
