Home visit from Welcome Finance?!

Last night when I was at work, and my children were with my child minder, I had a visit from a so-called representative from Welcome Finance asking to discuss my account as my payments are in arrears.
All I need to know is can they do this??
I have been in touch with them constantly about this and have been trying to sort something out, but they are asking still for £90.00 per month which I cannot commit to as they are also wanting me to sign another agreement to extend the loan length to cover the lower payments.
After speaking to CCCS there is just no way I can pay them £90.00 per month, but they will just not listen.
Can anyone advise about this please???

Send them this letter re home visits:
Dear xxxx
Account Ref xxxx
Please be advised that I will only communicate with you in writing. I have noted your repeated attempts to contact me by telephone over the past few weeks/months and these have been duly logged by time and date.
Furthermore, should it be your intention to arrange a “doorstep call”, please be advised that under OFT rules, you can only visit me at my home if you make an appointment and I have no wish to make an appointment with you.
There is only an implied license under English Common Law for people to be able to visit me on my property without express permission; the postman and people asking for directions etc (Armstrong v. Sheppard and Short Ltd [1959] 2 Q.B. per Lord Evershed M.R.). Therefore take note that I revoke license under Common Law for you, or your representatives to visit me at my property and if you do so, then you will be liable to damages for a tort of trespass and action will be taken, including but not limited to, police attendance.
Yours faithfully/sincerely
ANd send them this letter re your payments, YOU MUST ONLY PAY THEM WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD, NOT WHAT THEY WANT, IF THAT MEAN'S £1.00 PER MONTH, SO BE IT:

Dear Sir/Madam
Re:− Account/Reference Number ACC NO
I am sorry I am unable to pay the original monthly payments because YOUR PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. I informed you of this on DATE, and after seeking advice from DEBT CHARITY, I have discovered that I have disposable income of XXX. Since I have £XXXXX total debt, your share of this pro-rata offer is £XXX.
Please find enclosed the first payment, and I also request that you send me a paying in book / account information so I can make further payments monthly.
Also, could you please consider using your discretion to freeze any interest or charges that might accumulate, which I am aware is the standard practice for socially responsible companies such as yourself.
Yours Faithfully
