Company went bust and not paying salaries

Company went bust on the 26th Jan 09. All 28 workers were due to be paid monthly salary and additional one month 'lay time' - nothing was paid and cannot contact anyone for info. What is the way forward?

Contact the official administrator who will organise salary payments - may take some time.

Are you sure about "lay time"? I hear this often when people are confused about being paid a month in arrears.
  • Unable to find out any details yet but still trying
  • have a look on http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/

any ltd and plc (i think) co's should be listed, and maybe any known receiver details..
