Abbey Disputing

Had several problem with this company as i currently use HSBC, last september i had made dispute because i got these 02 £35 charges as topup which usually i only top up £10.
Took the letter of agreement to arrive at my door on novmeber 24 and sent back the following day.
My question is my Abbey bank is -£97 overdraw which put me
because how long it take to dispute from september till now and still no updates, i phone them up the last time as the guy told me any updates will be sent to me.
I've already paid £100 last time and i don't really feel like paying another £100 :mad:
what can i do?
