Unenforceable Credict Card or Loan

Has anyone seen the advert in Metro about using government legislation to arrange for outstanding balances to be written off (without affecting your credit rating)?

I notice there's a fee to pay, but has anyone had success with this?

    The OFt has warned againt these companies and there is awhole thread her about them.

    You can do the same thing for yourself for £1 postal order and a regsitered letter. Quite a lot cheaper.
