Fear of Escalators

Pretty stupid I know. I have a terrible fear of heights. Any stress in my life and I nightmare of having to climb heights. I've never liked the glass sided escalators but coped until recently when I had to take the lift instead. Today I went shopping, could'nt face the escalator, thought at first get on with many in front…

I'm getting worse in my old age, I've decided. Today I had to cross a road using a pedestrian bridge, and there was a ramp one side and steps the other. The steps led in the direction I wanted to go, so I used them, but I didn't like it! :eek:
