Still waiting for a 2nd phone call, I emailed ITV on Thursday asking them to contact me again, I then phoned on Saturday and left a message on an answer phone. Am I starting to sound a little desperate now???:rolleyes:

Aw, I hope they phone. Maybe they only work mon-fri I'm desperate for you to find out too so I can imagine how you feel!

I had a telephone call from a lady from ITV2 wanting to speak to me regarding a competition I "entered last year". She said she would ring back after 7pm, but alas no ringback. I am sure others have been in this situation before, do they ring back eventually? I am not even sure which ITV comps are on ITV2.
If any one could provide any answers I would love to hear!!!!


I was contacted by ITV this morning. This is the good bit - they have no record of any call to my telephone number!! Apparently if they try to contact someone and are unable to speak to them directly, then they will not mention "competition" in the conversation.
Either my 17 year old son was on the magic mushrooms or it was someones idea of an elaborate hoax!!

So, nearly a weeks hoping, but alas, no large cash prize or luxury holiday this time. Not quite comping retirement yet!!

Ah, what a shame. Maybe another time....

Does anyone else recall a similar post last year sometime when we were all on tender hooks for days waiting for a poster to get a call back from ITV? I don't think the poster ever came back and updated then, just seemed to disappear!

The same thing happened to me last week - "Ant and Dec" phoned but as I was at work hubby took the call. She told him I had been picked as one of the 100 grab the ads folk and said she would call back at 5:30 pm.

She never did:mad:

Nevermind - there is always a better win around the corner, allegedly:rotfl:

I'm really sorry it wasn't a 'big win' if it was someone mucking about they should be ashamed of themselves:rolleyes:

As far as I'm aware ITV don't withold numbers, I have the number programmed into my mobile, just in case
