Downward pressure on Rent in Felixstowe

I can confirm that rent prices are falling in Felixstowe, just secured new tenant at £30 per month less than old tenant.

    You seem to be suggesting that overall rental returns in your town are falling on the basis of your property alone.

    I'm no statistician but I would suggest they would not regard one a sufficient sample.
  • 1.You didn't negotiate properly.
    2.Previous tenant was paying £30 too much.

    But with my mortgage now at 1.75% i thought that was still very much in my favour.

    He is right though, rents ARE falling in Felixstowe and not just on his properties.
    We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
    Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
