He paid his liability order!!

Well just a short note among the doom and gloom, the cheque really was in the mail and it cleared!! the cash appeared in my account today :j

My NRP has evaded and avoided the CSA for the whole of last year including not picking up his court papers from the post office but............finally........he paid the arrears they were chasing him for! totally out of the blue....

Unfortunately for him they are still not happy though and want to see regular maintenance payments before they will stop the enforcement action....so the liability order is still going ahead and he has been sent a DEO.....:rotfl:

Some of the money is repayment for money that evie has been paying out for the kids on her own.

I'm curious to know if you also advocate that if the NRP chooses not to pay a bean towards the kids then do the kids also have the right to know this?

    Well done evie:)
