how do i go about requesting a sticky?

hi...i don't know the proper way of requesting a sticky but i hope someone can assess whether this is a good idea or not for a sticky. at any one time Avon may have over half a dozen available codes, as do boots. could we get a similar sticky set up for these two in particular.
