Have got carry out from it recently. Not overly impressed. If you're getting a sit in there's Spice near Templepatrick which is FAR better!!!

We were at Zara's in Antrim recently, travelled in from Ballymena direction, and were impressed. Food was closer to the depth of flavour we remember from Birmingham and Bradford compared to most places I've tried in Northern Ireland, which I tend to find overly sweet and tending towards bland. Some interesting dishes too that you don't see on the typical menu.

Friendly service, free popadoms, BYO alcohol and good food.

Not the cheapest but we thought it was worth the money.

Haven't been to Spice near Templepatrick yet but may try that next time.

I can't recommend Spice in Templepatrick enough

The place is beautiful, service is fantastic, the food excellent. Not cheap but the portions are big. OH and I couldn't eat most of what we'd ordered because there was just so much.

We'll know to share the side dishes next time and save a few quid.

They also have an online menu with prices which is handy if you are trying to stick to a budget.
How does a brown cow give white milk, when it only eats green grass?

I really like Zaras, great food, interesting menu, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I also enjoyed Spice, its more expensive though and the dishes have a tendency to all look and taste same the same which put me off after a while.
