please canyou either type out what is in the "CCA" or post it up here.

    Are the prescribed terms included?

  • Hi RAS
Not sure exactly what you need. The title is Credit Agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. It lists me as the customer, it shows the amount of the loan, the amount of interest and the total amount payable (including the number of monthly payments). the bottom section says Important - You Should Read This Carefully Your Rights (then goes on to explain the Consumer Credit Act 1974). Finally there is empty signature box which states sign it only if you want to be legally bound by it's terms. There is no signature and date on behalf of the bank either.

    Thanks
