Was just pottering around the internet to get ideas for things to do at half term and spotted this where you can hire the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth for £1 in March. I am sure there will be conditions but might be useful to somebody.

As a Portsmouth ratepayer having to subsidise this White Elephant should your back garden be big enough I would happily pay you £1.00 to take it away.

Several years and millions of pounds down the drain and they still can't get the lift to work.
