Hopefully this is the right forum for this.
I ordered a hat from this place on 24 January, I didn't realise at the time it was an online marketplace, anyway the hat has not arrived and no response to my e-mails.
On further investigation it seems the hat was coming from one of their sellers, Extreme Pie, however, on ringing them they have no trace of my order.

I have used Extreme Pie directly before and they have always been very good. Cant comment about the auction tho sorry.0

Sorry, didn't realise I had posted the same thread twice! It's all sorted now, turns out it was out of stock and they refunded me, but I didn't get the e-mail they sent telling me this.0
