The link supplied by the op takes me to a site called FreeStuffJunction. I'm a bit surprised, as no-one else has mentioned it.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930

Looked through all the freebies for the brown sugar mentioned above, but nothing there. Did a search on the site for "sugar":

Well, I went to the home page of the site quoted. Clicking through to "Samples" takes you through to http://www.singlesourceportions.com/index.asp?pg=samples
Notice the "s" at the end of the address. There isn't an "s" on the URL given by XxwendiexX.
Is this an attempt to get us to go to yet another freebie site?
Single Source Portions, BTW, do not seem to sell brown sugar. They do Lo-Salt, Splenda and coffee bags.
Can you explain, XxwendiexX?
Edit: The firm DOES sell brown sugar, but there is no mention of a free sample.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -
Yup!
Apologies for being a bit suspicious, Wendie. Wonder why that link now takes us to the freebies site I mentioned?
Nice try - pity it didn't last long. Probably got 50 000 orders for freebies from MSE-ers!
Anyway, keep finding the tips, Wendie.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930
