sorry if its already been posted (did a search but couldn't find anything)

JJB are doing a online clearance of their 08' stock. I managed get some Polo shirts for £1 - there is a lot of stuff now showing out of stock - SO BE QUICK!

Slightly off subbject here but just looked at the link and noticed that woolworths are going to open online?! So thankyou kat212 for posting that link as although i knew about jjb in another report i saw recently i didnt know about woolworths!

Just read the sky news update -

"The decision affects its fashion and footwear retailer Original Shoe Company, which operates 64 stores, and Qube - a footwear chain with 13 stores."

And bizarrely

"The news coincides with a sharp rise in the firm's share price.
Shares rose by much as 11% in early trade - adding to yesterday's 54% gain - after the firm said it had received a number of bids for its Fitness Clubs business."

It doesn't mention JJB's core business, just these off shoots. So hopefully JJB will be unaffected especially as there share price has now gone up!
