Playstation 3 - price drop

For the past month i have been thinking of buying playstation 3 80Gb console. Have heard from different sources that there will be a price drop in the near future. Does anyone know if this is true? If so when?
Problem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problems

There's a possibility of a price cut in March/April but i don't think it will be that much, prob just get better bundles.
There's a new 45nm chip due to come out in the summer which should drop the the price hopefully to under £199 for xmas...........
I'd just buy it now as there's some good bundle deals like Argos....What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0
