Hello,
Can anybody recommend a good, cheap, strong dustbin bag? I pay £2.93 for 20 Heavy Duty bags from Tesco and I would like to find a cheaper source.
Thank you.
Rachel

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.0

I would also suggest £1.00 Stores, including the small independent ones and your local market.0

I've had the same problem. Either too small or too weak/thin. Poundland used to do a roll of 26 which were ok and wilkos do some more expensive ones. The blue rubble sacks are too small but the green garden ones are excellent from pound shops. The only problem is that because they are classed as garden bags, some stupid refuge collectors have a mental issue with taking away household stuff in a green bag!Cash ISA rate 6.5% fixed for 2 years. Mortgage rate 0.75% = 5.75% profit on £75K = £4500 per year:j
Mortgages make money. Definitely don't wanabee mortgage free!0 -
Iceland do bags for £1 a pack, pretty strong, can't remember how many in them though (10 or 20 ish)
Aldi do a good value pack as well which was around the £1 mark and nice and strongI always wanted to be a procrastinator, never got round to it...0 -
You should live round here, I have an endless supply of free bin bags shoved through my door at the rate of about three a week courtesy of the local charity shops.0
