CCA's on flexible loans - is it possible to challenge their enforceability???

Hi. I have a Cahoot Flexible Loan with a crazy interest rate of 26.9%!!! I have asked a solicitor to send for my CCA to see if the loan is enforceable. The solicitor has received the CCA but says they cannot challenge the loan as the APR is flexible. Is there anything else I may be able to challenge? Has anyone else managed to challenge their flexible loan's enforceability? Thanks.

This solicitor, are you paying them a fee?
Are they an "Specialist" in Consumer Law?
Just because someone has a title as a solictor, does not mean they're a specialist in every aspect of law.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
No fee as they say they cannot challenge the loans CCA. Yes they are a specialist from Eastleys in Paignton.0

Are there any other recommended companies out there which perform these CCA services? If so, who?0

Confused
The flexibility of the APr has nothing to do with the acceptability of the CCA.
Does the CCA contain the other prescribed terms? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
I dont know if it contains the other prescribed terms? Seems like the solicitor is pretty clueless to me!?
Shall I send for the CCA myself? Can someone link to the letter I need please.0 -
