Once again, thanks for advice.
Just to make sure I have this right (sorry for being a numpty)...
I just write back to Capital One stating that they don't need my signature (and rewording the information in the template letter attached). Is that all I need to do? Or should I be requesting my CCA?

For your account request the CCA. And when they send something back, post it up here as most of their documents do not meet legal requirements.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
