Reasonable expenses for court form

I'm filling in a form for 'suspension of a warrant and/or variation of an order'.
It's from the bailiff who called round for a cc debt through court.
I'm filling in the expenses section and wondered what were reasonable costs for 'Housekeeping, food, school meals' and 'Children's clothing'?
Our household is me and dh - he's a postman, I'm a sahm - and 3 kids, 7, 3 &1.
I don't want to put down too much, but (especially for clothes) I want to make sure that we're putting down enough so that they don't ask too much of us and leave us struggling even more. My youngest is walking, but doesn't have shoes yet and I haven't really calculated how much 3 kids' shoes will cost a year.
Thanks in advance,
Tamsyn

Sounds like an N245!
I always delete 'childrens' to leave 'clothing' - adults need clothes too.
I usually use the old National Debtline figures for food & housekeeping - £60 per week for a couple, £20 for each child, so £120 per week for you or £520 per calendar month
Likewise clothes £3 to £5 per person per week = £15 pw, £65 pcm, up to £25 pw, £108 pcm
The ND figures are a little more generous now. Link to a pdfhere0
