natwest loan to payback natwest loan

I took out a loan at Natwest at a high interest rate 2 years ago can I go back to natwest to pay off my original loan at a cheaper rate ?

    You can certainly go back to them and say you are planning to move your loan elsewhere because of the high rate.

    They should offer you a better rate then.

    Why do you have to stick with NatWest btw?

    Your ability to get a cheap loan elsewhere will depend on your credit rating and income though.
